Delivery and Payment Method

Once you place your order, we will contact you by phone to confirm your information and address any questions you may have. Your rug will then be carefully packaged and shipped under optimal conditions for delivery to your doorstep within 48 hours.

Payment is made upon delivery, in cash, with the option to inspect the rug before payment. This service is completely free and applicable only in Morocco.

For orders outside of Morocco, payment must be made in advance. Once payment is received, we will proceed with shipping your order.
