True Essence of the Olympics

It was another great day at the 2016 Rio Olympics.  More medals in men’s and women’s gymnastics, a first ever medal in the women’s 1500M, gold and silver in the men’s triple jump, and another dominating win for the USA women’s basketball team.

….Then there was the women’s 5000m qualifier and the true essence of what it means to be an athlete in the Olympics.  Hats off to USA’s Abbey D’Agostino and New Zealand’s Nikki Hamblin.
