PGT Eze-Breeze, New Facility

Between October 10 and October 16, PGT will be relocating their Eze-Breeze manufacturing to a new dedicated facility to better serve YOU….the customer.  While all production will still be performed on their Florida campus, this new production facility will help ensure the highest standards you have come to expect from PGT.

However, as with every move there will be some impacts.  Production during this period will be impacted and instead of the normal 10 day production time, it will likely increase to 17 days, just during the change-over.

SO…..get those orders in quickly to make sure that you order is completed prior to the move.

PGT Eze-Breeze Warranty Information

Here at www.ezebreezestore.com we get a lot of questions about how long will the product last.  While we know of units that have been installed for more than 10 years, every PGT Eze-Breeze window comes with a factory warranty.  Here are some excerpts from the factory warranty concerning the different components.  Call us today for more information 800-495-1833

Aluminum Frame – The aluminum components of the frame/sash members are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a lifetime.

Vinyl Glazing – The vinyl is warranted to be free of defects resulting in material obstruction of vision and cracking for a period of ten years from the
date of delivery by PGT. Vinyl has prevalent characteristics such as bubbles, blurs and hairline scratches. These are expected as they
are inherent qualities.

Screen and Moving Parts – The screen and moving parts shall be warranted for a period of ten years from the date of delivery by PGT.
